The idea of Hey Tom was conceived after many conversations with FlyLady and her team about how men feel on subjects that were being addressed on FlyLady.net. Further conversations included FlyLady's husband Robert, and FlyLady male team members, Justin, Lee and Jack. Tom and his co-horts decided that they were more than willing to help provide answers to questions and information given from the male perspective. The decision was finalized after they all attended the Fly Fest in Charlotte, North Carolina and heard questions that Flybabies were asking about the men in their lives. Robert volunteered to address some questions and was a huge hit with the Flybabies. After the Fly Fest everyone agreed that a website providing this type of information would be incredibly helpful.
